Melissa Hajostek, President of Foundation Community Management Inc. has been a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) with the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) since 2006. In addition to her CCAM designation, she holds specialty certificates for Portfolio Management, Large Scale, and New Development.
Melissa shares her knowledge and experience to empower her team and clients. She has been awarded the prestigious Vision Award from CACM in 2016 for Leadership and in 2018 for Path to Professionalism; a recognition for mentoring others in the field and helping them to grow successful careers. A prominent speaker in the industry, she has participated in many panel and individual presentations and in 2021 was awarded “Educational Experience of the Year” from the Community Association Institute (CAI) for her 2020 virtual training “The New Normal; Financial Stability for HOAs During a Pandemic”.
